Orders are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, Royal Mail, An Post or your local courier depending on your shipping address provided. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouses within 1-3 business days.

All orders are shipped from USA, Australia, Shanghai or Singapore depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster. If we have no stock available in the local or near warehouses we will send our items straight from our factory.
All shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.
We are not responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Upon delivery of the products, you must inspect the products for any shortage or quality issues. You will be deemed to have accepted the products upon delivery and waived the right to make any claim unless you notify HallOfGalaxy writing within 7 days of receiving the products to sales@hallofgalaxy.com.
